My mom had a meat grinder you would clamp onto the counter. I remember watching her grind the ingredients for croquettes. People don’t do that anymore.

Put rice in the meatballs and you have porcupine balls. Put the meat and rice in a pepper and you have stuffed peppers. You can do stuffed cabbage too. All solid meals.
