    1. This is occassionally true for SOME of the things that happen in life, but not accurate to most cases.

Like if your issue in life is you can’t get any dates, or impostor syndrome at work, or struggling to improve yourself as a person, then yeah a lot of this is true. You have a responsibility to make your life better by taking action. All good so far.

But it doesn’t apply to most of life’s challenges. If your problem is a mental health crisis, a soul crushing environment driving you to burnout, a heart filled with the grief of loss, etc. Then it isn’t really “all in your head” or something you can just change your mind about. A strong mindset is necessary to heal and persevere, it is always good, but this post might be crossing the line into unfairly self blaming for things that happen TO you.

I understand the purpose of this post but in a vaccuum it is counter productive; this is avdice that you should only give someone once you actually know for sure the issue is their mindset. Telling this to someone dealing with something other than that niche problem will just make you look insensitive.
