Austria (before being vored into Germany) was already a Fascist Dictatorship, simply slip flopping before Austrian Ultranationalism and German Ultranationalism
Poland had a coup in 1926, after which the Government slowly slid toward Dictatorship and began to take inspiration from Italy
Romania’s King first staged a self coup in 1938 before then being outmanouvered by the Far Right, either way the country was a right wing dictatorship at the time.
Hungary was a ruled by an authoritarian Regent for the entire interwar peroid.
Does anything need to be said about Germany?
Funnily, WWII Romania is getting kind of shilled there in Czechia, because during the Munich betrayal they were the only ones actively asserting they will help (at least against Hungary).
And then during the late war they played a role in chasing Germans from the country, so the part between is “we don’t talk about that”.

Tbh the Czechoslovakia army could hold out against a Nazi invasion considering the fortification they built and modern military equipment they have even without the support of UK and France.
