(Btw the context here is that when the girl was a little kid she used to be a violent child to the point multiple other kids formed a task force to stop her. As kids she ordered around the guy with a hat and he got a permanent scar from a wound she left him with. As they grew older she grew out of the archdemon phase and he acts very scared around her from their childhood and she mistakes it as him having a crush on her. Shes stepping on his foot in both scenes here and while she might think its cute flirting, hes likely terrified of her. But keep in mind it is played for comedy and she apologizes for the scar almost every time she sees him because shes genuinely remorseful for it)
