The moment the sun is up your ass lost there is no mercy for day sleepers, the only exceptions is if you work night shifts if not sounds like a you problem

    2. Unless you’re on night shifts or something just sleep during the night. It’s far healthier for your circadian rhythm to follow the sun with your sleep. And it completely solves this issue

    3. Can you talk to the night people in my life and tell them this please? They don’t seen to be aware that they’re supposed to be quiet

I hate how our society is discriminatorytowards night people. Like I miss the time when 24×7 stores were a thing.

there’s no such thing as “morning people” and “night people”. humans naturally sleep during nighttime and stay awake during daytime. if you’re not like that then you need to correct your sleep schedule.

edit: oh wait, I forgot redditors aren’t natural humans

    7. Quite the opposite, Night people walk in like its a night club because they don’t think others are sleeping.

    8. Saturday morning after a late shift
7 in the morning dad is emptying the dishwasher as if he had turrets and parkinson

Every time any of my siblings or I slept on the couch instead of our rooms we’d wake up to our mom vacuuming. EVERY TIME.

    10. been a night person my whole life, recently got a job where i need to be up at 6, ooooh it feels so good dragging my self into the kitchen to make a coffee, not a care in the world about making sound, cuz hey~ it’s the morning~ the suns up~ YOU FUCKERS HOW DOES IT FEEL YOU SELFISH BASTARDS

    11. In all fairness, I am very noisy in the morning. Granted most of that noise comes from the dogs who are very excited to go for a morning run.

    12. From reading comments in here it is easy to see that some people have strong opinions without having read up on any of it, like the people saying “night people are a myth”…

It is genetically that people are inclined to either morning or night sleeping schedules.
You can try and change it with proper work, but genetically we are more inclined to one or the other.
There are even about 350 genetical factors that decide whether you inherently are a morning or night person, which is getting called a chronotype.

On the other hand, trying to fight your own “chronotype” can have harmful effects on your health more than living the lifestyle your chronotype is aligned with, such as things that disrupts your internal body clock, like jetlag.

So yes, night people and day people do exist and we have genetical reasons for why we are what we are.
