Genuine question, how do these people not get hurt in the process of training in the earlier stages? Like I get that there’s a soft mat on the floor, but the poles themselves are metal and I can totally see them tripping over (when they just started learning it) and banging their head or back onto one of those.
My toes don’t agree with any of their moves
