Honestly, kinda how I see the world in places I’ve actually been to. I could easily draw a map like this based on my own experiences/knowledge

Looks like its just two separate maps side by side. The peninsula is still there just east of China on the left map.

Is it a case of kingdoms being proud of their own kingdom or is it a case of a kingdom only knowing their own land so it will be more detailed thus bigger on a map
