Didn’t watch TADC, but my experience with media improved a lot more when I simply stopped interacting with fandoms and just enjoyed the content and fan art.
A damn shame because it really shouldn’t be like this, but people will be people.

Honestly the worst part about it is that the shitty fanbase was a **long** time coming.
Like remember when the TADC Pilot first came out and how everyone memed about the fact the show had over a thousand R34 results when it released? That was practically foreshadowing on what the fanbase would turn out to be.
It also didn’t help that Glitch got on the radar because of SMG4 owning it along with the fact Murder Drones got popular, both of which basically had the same kind of batshit insane fanbase so of course it would bring more attention to other works they were involved in.
Again I feel extremely bad for Gooseworx but there was really no way of stopping the fanbase it would eventually have

I want to see how the series ends, but I’m purposely not searching up the leak, out of respect for Goose. I hope it still gets posted to the Glitch channel after all this.

I feel for her man. Love TADC so much but holy shit the fandom has made it so rough especially at the tail end of the series.
I love when one of my fandoms is ruined by people who decide that a piece of FICTIONAL media, is worth harassing people over.
And thus we see, especially for creatives, that Burnout’s a bitch.
I’m excited to see the final episode, I’ve been following the series from the start, but I do not blame her in the slightest for wanting to peace out
