      I get the point, but things like HRT for menopause is not gender affirming care, it is to counteract the very real negative physical and psychological effects of the hormone cliff women go through at this age. It’s not about looking young or feminine, it’s about reducing osteoporosis, hot flashes, depression/mood swings, just to name a few. Same with Testosterone for sperm production – that’s reproductive care, not gender affirming.
