      I usually givethem the silent treatment.

      I subscribe. Watch a few videos for a short period. Then ignore them forever

      I’ve never had that. Instead i’ve just slowly lost interest in their videoes. Not because of any change from their side.

      Less and less frequent, until i one day realize i haven’t watched a video of theirs in a literal year if not several. Then i unsubscribe.

      Mine was Vanoss Gaming. As a kid, I couldn’t get enough of his videos. Perfectly made (for kids). 

      Time passed and I noticed, I watched him less and less. Then I just completely forgot about him. 

      Good memories but current me couldn’t anymore.

      TIK History for me. Used to really enjoy his content until he stated going down the alt-right rabbit hole and made his support for Ayn Rand and her philosophy public. I’m not usually the “shut up and dribble” type of person but in this case I just had to unsub

      Had the same problem recently, I just couldn’t anymore, they started out somewhat wholesome, but just became so narcissistic as they became more popular

      I’m starting to tune out all YouTubers trying to sign me up for their prizepicks or any gambling ads. Its like they move on from promoting one terrible product to another

      Definitely Jacksepticeye. I love that he does Thankmas every year, but it almost feels like he’s been intentionally acting more annoying since his autism diagnosis.

      Nah, I loved watching Shadiversity for his castle content. Then he slowly got weirder and weirder until I left. That dude went totally off the deep end

      Primitive Technology really pulled a magic trick in their evergreen content and complete removal of possibly annoying hang ups that usually accompany YT

      Cinemasins…he started off pretty good with videos 5-8 minutes long with funny comments and comments on plotholes in the movies. Then his videos got longer and longer….and longer. Now they’re 20-30+ minutes long, nit picks everything, complains about stuff that aren’t plotholes/sins, is a prick just for the sake of being a prick and so forth. Haven’t watched him in years.

      Linus Tech Tips, my god there’s no more perfect example of becoming a corporate suck up sellout than watching their recent vids. The vid of Linus stupidly buying a private jet and boasting about it while his employee looks completely dead in the eyes makes all the recent vids on why recently departed LTT employees departed makes a whole lot of sense.

      You’d be surprised how quickly you’ll forget them. JonTron and Nostalgia Critic were the ones I had to move on from.

      The Critical Drinker used to make valid points, but then he just became a raging asshole, putting out complaint vids just for the traffic.

      Thinking back on the YouTubers I’ve unsubbed from, I think most of the case isn’t that they’ve become annoying, so much so as I’ve just grown out of their content.

      Oddly Chills, I was into ghost videos and like this content. Then he kinda started making videos of fake ghost sightings and even made that video of a list of sirenhead sightings so he can make that stupid sirenhead music video. 

      Then Uncle Roger, liked him but felt like he was just gatekeeping food. Him playing up the stereotypical Asian uncle grated on me.

      Guga – started out as cool genuinely interesting ways to cook steak, and I’ll give credit where credit is due, I learned to cook a steak by watching his content and it’s genuinely a delicious steak. Now he just wastes A5 Wagyu by covering it in Pepto Bismol or some shit like that, it’s depressing.

      Hoonigan, only because just before ken died the content became pure slop and was just copy and paste ideas
