      This is the first recorded pension system. We can thank the Roman’s for the idea. Someone else would have come up with it, but the Roman’s were the most famous ones actually doing it until their collapse.

      Pension systems just weren’t a thing for a long time in the world. For absolutely anyone

      25 years? That is quite a mountain to overcome given the conflicts they face year in and year out

      I’m guessing the loophole was that many hadn’t lived long enough to make use of it

    14. It’s a fun fact, but I’m afraid this is a Patronage table recognising T. Pomponio Basso as a town’s patron, the diploma is next to this in the same showcase.
