Well. Since it’s been proven that a President can just invade and bomb another country at whim, the next guy should do the Cayman Islands until the country agrees to raise its corporate tax rates commiserate with the rest of the developed world. What could go wrong!

Eh..this doesn’t really have a tax reason anymore, it’s mainly for the legal protections and regulatory structure
US corporations pay US tax on their global operations, regardless of where it gets reported at. And just because you have a registered office address at Ugland House doesn’t mean that any of your income gets apportioned there
