That is old. Thought it was GB. That is 32 megabytes.

Crazy how this isn’t even enough storage for a single RAW photo from a modern mirrorless camera nowadays.

How many cassette tapes of information could it hold?

I remember when we got our first USB memory-sticks at work. 32MB! I remember telling people “you can fit over 20 floppies worth of stuff in one of these!”

I still remember when my dad brought one of the first USB sticks home, probably was like 16MB or 8MB, told me ‘son, this is what we are using for file storage in the future’

I found a 16MB one recently in an old MP3 player. I was really surprised to see such a good card in a bad/old player, and then I realised.

I had a staff member at work bring a 512MB flashdrive to try and copy a bunch of pictures over

I just watched MI:2 over the weekend and noticed that the scene where the thief chick is stealing that flash drive from that bad guy dude’s blazer, it is a 32MB drive just like the one pictured. Then of course there is an entire PowerPoint on it including 3D models and HD video of that guy dying from that virus.

Nah just kidding, throw it in the bin

Quick send it to a museum, they will love this artifact of ancient times. It’s perfectly preserved.

What you have there is $16.99 minus 50% on eBay/PayPal fees and shipping costs. In the end, you might have to pay the seller to take it!

Wild had to do a double read on “megabyte” I didn’t know these were around with that small a size. Probably cost a pretty penny lol.
Dont spend it all in one place
Yep, found one recently and ditched it. No use for such a low storage capacity
It belongs in a museum.
Put it on sell
