Was that a real gun? Why would he even circle back instead of just leaving??

He accelerated remarkably slowly given the stakes. Snowmobiles do have some serious oomph.

He’s awfully lucky that the bear was put off by the snowmobile for a second there when he mounted it. Could’ve easily tackled him off of it had he not hesitated.

I think the poor bear just wanted to be scratched behind the ears. /s

This should be a commercial for Yamaha Snowmobiles. “Chinese snowmobiles cost less, but you rather be in a Yamaha when …”

    6. That bear is going to be killed, right?

They are losing their territory, polar bears are toast.

If he did not have that snow mobile or if it didn’t start.. 😬

    9. City of Pyramiden ! Went there, no polar bear in sight ! I think the bear didn’t really want to eat him

    10. why was he just standing there shooting a weak hand gun with one hand at the bear that wasn’t even immediately threatening him instead of just driving away? Especially given the slow takeoff, he might have used that time better.

    11. Well they’re trying to kill the bear, shooting at it, what did he expect? As if they were not critically endangered due to human activity already.

I’m assuming he didn’t shoot it because his gun wasn’t a large enough caliber or something similar?
