      Can someone clear up how ai is wasting water? Doesn’t it juat pull water, run water through its radiator piping and then release the water to cool off?

      Is there something im missing? I dont get the massive issue with water and ai

      I just read that Google plans to replace the search bar with Gemini, like people haven’t been begging for a reason to use another search engine because of enshittification

      i dont think the AI is doing much it just pastes an answer like the old google if its not a complex question

      I hate ai so much. i miss when googling something was easy. now i have to wait for the ai to stop thinking until i get my answer

      Add “shut up AI” and to the end of any question and it works wonders.

      At least the google ai has been useful on occasion

      The absolute most useless form of ai I have seen yet is YouTube’s Comment summary…Its just one more thing to have to skip past before I can actually read the comments.

      The wildest part about AI, is how much it hallucinate. Like I am trying to verify something, and its gaslighting me into quadruple checking my research lol then it corrects itself, and I am left wondering wtf just happened.

      This is the unprompted AI crap google puts at the top of every search by the way, just sowing doubt into my mind

      Google recently replaced the old google assistant in Android Auto with Gemini, and now every time i want to use hands free stuff to navigate somewhere I get a 5 min long speech about why its such a good idea that I’m navigating there, or how optimal my route is going to be.

      You can search for the exact same thing twice in a row and get contradictory answers

      Old Google: here at the closest restaurants to you

      New Google: I see that there is three Asian restaurants all within under a mile of you. Unfortunately none of those places paid us to advertise them so the first five results are places over 5 mi away. 😄 

      You try to do it through maps so you can search by distance? Lol we’re not even going to show you those close restaurants as options.on the map

      Or you search through maps And we show you every single restaurant around you regardless if they’re Asian restaurants or not.
