      When his term is up, we will need to drag him out to get that $4 back.

      Because those people don’t *want* a future. They want to go back to when women were property and hate crimes were just a Tuesday. That’s the whole reason they elected Trump in the first place.

      Trump’s approval is around 35% right now, it’s wrong to suggest that GOP primary results in deep red states with unusually heavy funding and interference from big money donors are representative of what most of us want. Americans are not as a whole “stoked about this fact”, we just have many, many brainwashed neighbors and I have no idea how we fix this mess.

      In all fairness, the politicians getting unseated for criticizing Trump are Republicans. And they aren’t getting booted by normal Americans, they are getting voted out by MAGA supporters. These people hate America and are only loyal Trump. Democrats are deliberately campaigning on promises to oppose Trump.

      Keep your eye on New York City. Mayor Mamdani has been on a winning streak, and people are loving him. If his plans work out half as well as he says they will, then you will see a ton more Dems jumping on the Democratic Socialism train.
