Hells yeah! If you are passing laws, you should be expected to live 20 years under those laws. The age limit should be 20 years before the US life expectancy is. Currently 80.

that’s why there should be a maximum age of service, if there is a minimum age for congress, the senate, and the presidency, then it is only fair and right that their is a maximum age.
this man isn’t there. if you’re old enough to retire, then your last term should be at 63 for the congress, 59 for the senate, and 61 for the presidency.
