    1. During the Winter War, Simo Häyhä reportedly achieved over 500 confirmed sniper kills against Soviet troops in less than 100 days while using a Mosin–Nagant with iron sights in freezing Finnish forests. Soviet soldiers nicknamed him “The White Death.”

Invading a Winter snowy country with your only competent officers in the army purged while pretending that your army is fine seems not like a good idea.

    3. Making a Winter War meme and using that image to represent the Red Army is about the level that I’ve come to expect from this sub

    4. Yea but why’s he wearing a mask? Can’t put snow in your mouth to hide your breath vapor like some super-stealth winter assassin badass with a black mask on in the snow

Nevermind, just saw the Luger tucked in the waistband. OP likes drawing what he thinks looks cool and simply illustrates his cursory knowledge of history

    5. Finland was just producing Mad Men during WW2. Not only Simo Häyha. Aarne Juutilanen (häyhas CO and former French foreign legion), Ilmari Jutilaanen (his brother and the highest scoring non german non allies ace pilot of the war), Aimo Koivunen (the meth guy), Olavi Alakulppi (professional skier, emigrated to the US and fought for the americans in Korea. His son died in Nam) and Matti Aarnio (invented the motti tactics to crush sovet convoys).
