My point exactly who am I to disrespect
There is no seat to give up for the old person because the boomer built the seat, used the seat, and then destroyed the seat when they got off the bus.
I usually try to give my spot to the people in need, but if I am way too tired for this, I pretend to sleep or be half awake.
i never give up my seat because they never ask. they just stare judgementally.

Can’t I just be lazy?
Why not be a bigger person and gently ask. “Do you want my seat?” And then see if she isn’t just extremely tired herself and hopefully waiting for someone willing to be polite. You can be young at heart and stubborn 😬
