I’ll always remember when I first met one of my American friend, I asked him “What type of person would you say you are?” and he answered “Type 2 diabetes.”
He’s a good friend, I like him a lot.

Most ingredients that are standard in American foods are banned in Europe because they don’t actually have FDA approval. FDA trusts the companies’ scientists when they say that the food is safe to eat – the EU doesn’t.
Statistically, Slavs eat the least ultra processed foods in the Western world. The USA, UK, and Canada eat the most.

Yes, because in Europe we have strict regulations what can be sold as food, but in the US if a company wants to put an chemical into a food, because it is more tasty and cheaper but they don’t have the right results if it’s edible they just go to the right senator and giving a “donation” to make that chemical legally allowed in the food industry. “the taste of freedom”

We all have choices. Fresh food is available if you want it. But people choose the processed stuff out of convenience.
