Data gathered by me, over 5ish weeks after I was made redundant at my last job. I was pretty lean on applications in week 1 – week 3 I really had a lot going on, including interviews. I stopped submitting new applications once I passed the second stage interviews for the two companies who made it that far. I used [Sankeymatic.com](http://Sankeymatic.com) to generate the flow and I was using it to track my progress the entire time (alongside a spreadsheet)
I was seeking remote work/flexible hybrid specifically, in a product that interested me. The company I accepted exceeded their advertised range to meet what I wanted, are fully remote and have a product I’m keen on – and the team were great!

4 job interview?
What they even ask on fourth time?

So what you’re saying is there’s no point in more than two interviews.
