Alot require you to be online. But some only require you to be online when you load the app… They preload two or three ads then stop giving them entirely

I did this before and *still* kept getting ads. Like they were baked into the game or something

Most games, especially mobile, DOWNLOAD the ads onto your device so it doesn’t need internet to give you ads.
You can literally download a game, and before even playing anything open the game files and find that they’ve downloaded ads onto your device
