    1. I must be getting old now because I used to sleep like that as a kid but now I get a slight back pain when I lay like that.

If I’m not supposed to sleep face-down, then why does it feel so natural? Checkmate

You wake up to enough leg cramps in the bent leg and you’ll change your mind

Sleeping on my stomach used to feel amazing, but I haven’t been able to do it in several years. My shoulders feel like they want to pop out of the sockets or my back feels like its caving in.

The haters on this position have clearly not tried adding a body pillow and it shows.

U sleep peacefully but for me,
      1. Neck hurts
      2. Arm gets sleepy/nerves get hurt
      3. Stomach or chest area hurts

The pain goes away a few minutes after i wake up. The problem might be due to pressure on body during that position cause of central force, i guess.
Always find the best position to sleep for yourself to never get hurt and get cramps for an entire day 👍.

Only if theres a pillow to prop my leg up + support under my tummy. Otherwise it hurts after a bit

    8. It’s pretty good, I personally love when I find the perfect side sleep position where it does not feel like my hip bone is misaligned too much.

    9. No my neck hurts and I can’t stai asleep long. Side a back sleep is great.

Ive slept like this forever when I turned about 30-ish I started sleeping with a pillow under the one leg and hip to avoid the back pain, that and a rock hard bed continue to make this position possible.

    11. I read somewhere that this is a terrible sleeping position for your body. Although I do not recall where I read this.

    12. This fucks my neck up weekly and it makes ur hips falls forward or something
Genuinely the worst way to sleep
