This works if they make enough crimes that whenever the next admin forget or don’t have the resources to look into this.

I genuinely cant believe that SIX HUNDRED THOUSAND PEOPLE ordered these and actually thought they would get a working, functional product from this well-established con man.
I honestly wouldn’t be surprised if some percentage of the “orders” were just straight up bribes and the “customer” totally knew they were paying for access to the US government and not a crappy Spyware added phone.
