I believe that all those wars and event who ended up having a treaty/deal signed in Paris are a conspiracy by the global elites to justify going to vacations to Paris.
That or France/Kingdom of France was a powerful nation for a lot of Western history and having a peace deal/treaty signed there gave some sort of prestige/legitimacy, plus we French love to get involved in shit we necessarily don’t always need to be involved in.
