    1. it’s great that protest votes have zero cost and that our great grandchildren won’t still be regretting the price.

Even in Minority Report they realized the pre-crime stuff was bullshit

They are SO close to just saying if you are anti-fascists then you are anti-American.

    4. Is that Gorka?

Shit, I hadn’t thought about him in a while. He’s back in the fucking mix, and that’s scary.

They’re not targeting the anti-Pedophiles yet, though, so my group is still standing strong!

    7. “Pre-crime” is “innocent”. So a better headline is “strategy to imprison innocent people”.

    8. What’s good for the goose… conservatives should be pushing back on this administration now because these unprecedented attacks will most definitely be turned against them. I’m thinking many red state gun owners may need ATF visits to make sure they aren’t also smoking weed and that evangelical church leadership needs to be investigated to ensure they aren’t child rapists and aren’t politicizing from the pulpit.

I guess I would be more worried if these people were actually competent.

Such foul, anti-Christian and anti-American language from these neocons. SAD

It’s defeating to see stuff like this, but please keep a few things in mind….

**1-We outnumber them and they really don’t have the resources/personnel for mass enforcement.** I know comparisons are (rightly) made to the Brownshirts in pre-war Germany. It is, however, important to note that the Sturmabteilung made up a much larger percentage of the population of Germany and patrolled a much smaller geographic area. They really don’t have the juice (despite the Trump regime’s bravado).

**2-Courts have not consistently sided with the biggest overreaches of the regime.** Trump’s success in court is mixed to bad at best (even in the higher courts). Sure, SCOTUS will continue to do generational damage to civil rights and liberties. But the truly goofy and obviously unconstitutional shit has not been winning in court overall.

So be vigilant. But don’t give into fear. That’s the intent behind efforts like these.

When MAGA-folks are filling up their big trucks, are they muttering about Hamas and transpeople?

So they’re admitting that America is a fascist country

I have to keep saying this. There are more of us than them. If everyone got on the same page we we could stop this tomorrow.

    15. Ok-Commercial3640 on

Pre-crime? welp, time to add “minority report” to the list of “We are building the torment nexus from science fiction novel ‘Don’t build the torment nexus'” things

    16. UAreTheHippopotamus on

They didn’t buy all those warehouses and convert them into prisons to leave them empty. If you’ve said things online like “trans rights are human rights”, “Israel shouldn’t bomb children”, or “institutional racism exists”, you could well be on a list. For people like Stephen Miller and Peter Thiel this doesn’t stop until liberal ideas are effectively eliminated and only spoken of in hushed tones in dark places away from constant surveillance. I don’t want to be alarmist, but this is where we’re headed if the GOP isn’t voted out in 2026 and 2028 and drastic reforms aren’t implemented by the incoming administration in 2028.

    17. JadeddMillennial on

If you’ve read anything about American history, you know that fascism was always part of the culture.

Where do you think Germany learned it from?

    18. silentbob1301 on

So if your against anti fascists, doesn’t that make you…pro fascist???

That’s a very creative way of saying they’re going after dissidents.

Target with what? Prosecution? It’s illegal to have and express opinions?

    21. AutoDefenestrator273 on

I’m confused….what do they mean by “target the left”? If no USC code section is violated, what COULD they do besides open an investigation that goes nowhere?

“Pre-crime strategy” implies that no laws have been broken. So…..what’s going to happen in court?

    22. I remember in school decades ago that people would say the U.S. Constitution was such an inspired document that the U.S. would survive as a country longer than ancient civilizations like the Romans, Greeks, Byzantines, and Ottomans. The checks and balances would prevent the internal challenges that eventually brought each of them down.

Obviously, people underestimated the narcissistic need for power.

    26. >The White House declared war on the American people today, labeling its political opponents as terrorists, including “Left-wing extremists.” The new label also claims that there are “deepening alliances” between “the far-left and Islamists” — or pro-Palestinian protesters.

      >The language is contained in the White House’s newly released National Counterterrorism Strategy. It is the first National Strategy to be unveiled since 2021, when the Biden administration issued its document. The Strategy identifies the “left-wing,” “anti-Fascists,” “Anarchists” and “radically pro-transgender” ideologies as threats equivalent to jihadi groups like al Qaeda and ISIS, or narco-traffickers.

      >The Strategy is the brainchild of White House counterterrorism czar Sebastian Gorka, an eccentric figure [I have reported](https://www.kenklippenstein.com/p/trumps-counterterror-czar-proposes) on, who last year hinted at terrorism charges being levied for political opponents of the administration. The document makes clear he got his wish. Gorka called the Strategy “my life’s work,” and apparently waxed so poetic in previous drafts that his superiors told him (by his own account): “Cut it down, Gorka!”

      >“Currently we face three major types of terror groups,” the Strategy says, listing “Narcoterrorists and Transnational Gangs,” “Legacy Islamist Terrorists,” and “Violent Left-Wing Extremists, including Anarchists and Anti-Fascists.”

      >[](https://substackcdn.com/image/fetch/$s_!QgAa!,f_auto,q_auto:good,fl_progressive:steep/https%3A%2F%2Fsubstack-post-media.s3.amazonaws.com%2Fpublic%2Fimages%2Ffd6a3710-a3af-429f-8699-dad173a8018f_1600x900.png)

      >”Counterterrorism” itself is a propaganda term, sanitizing the actual practice: pre-crime, which aims to build cases against people for what they might do, most ominously based on speech or beliefs. (I’ve [written about](https://www.kenklippenstein.com/p/homeland-securitys-pre-crime-push) the Bureau’s pre-crime push at length.) The Strategy doesn’t bother hiding it. It promises to “Identify terror actors and plots before they happen” and to use “law enforcement tools to cripple them operationally before they can maim or kill the innocent.”

      >The Strategy also hints at a crackdown on pro-Palestinian groups. In a section laying out “five functional aspects of the current CT environment” beyond the previously named three categories, it warns of “New and deepening alliances between the far-left and Islamists, i.e., the ‘Red-Green’ alliance” — a phrase borrowed from conservative discourse to suggest a conspiratorial alignment between the American left and radical Islam.

      >The “Red-Green alliance” term has been pushed by Israeli think tanks like the Reut Group — which [defines](https://www.reutgroup.org/Publications/the-red-green-alliance-is-coming-to-america) the term as “the nexus between radical progressive groups to Islamists organizations” — and picked up by right-wing U.S. news outlets. The framing is designed to recast pro-Palestinian activism as a front for jihadism.

      >The Strategy proposes employing the same tactics used to map out jihadi networks like al Qaeda against Americans here at home, promising “rapid identification and neutralization” of the supposed threat. This is exactly the technique that Gorka and other top Trump officials like Kash Patel cut their teeth on during the post-9/11 global war on terror — experience that I [previously warned](https://www.kenklippenstein.com/p/trumps-domestic-war-on-terrorism) they would lean heavily on.

    27. I laugh because all of this is straight out of Orwell’s 1984. They aren’t even original about it.

Thought Police (Thinkpol) are Oceania’s secret police who identify and punish thoughtcrime—any personal or political thought unapproved by the Party.

The Ministry of Peace = The Board of Peace – was the govt agency responsible for perpetual war in Oceania. Russia and Belarus were the first countries to join Trumps Board of Peace, lol.

The Ministry of Truth = Truth Social – The govt agency responsible for spreading lies and propaganda.

The more you dig, the more you find.

    28. They keep using the word anti-fascist as a bad thing. I don’t think it means what they think it means.

Anyone with a brain would see that they are targeting “anti-Fascists” and put two and two together and realize the only reason there would be anti-Fascists at all is because they are acting like fucking Fascists
