One is aware of their condition, and they didn’t notice they chose the wrong color from their digital color palette , when people pointed that out they couldn’t believe it and go back to check the YMCK in their original file to confirm people are not fucking with them LOL

one friend of mine didn’t realize she was colorblind until she was in her twenties when she kept calling the wrong colors in uno. she had been streaming art on twitch for a couple years and everyone just thought she liked weird color palettes

i couldn’t tell it was green on the art itself but getting a color picker and painting a larger area with it made it look green. i already know i have a slight issue with green; i can see most shades but for example our couches look more brown to me until i tell myself “it’s dark green”. same with a pair of dull green pants.
