Republicans are opposed to free/subsidized birth control & contraceptives, which are well known to prevent unwanted pregnancy and thus abortion.

If you took the cost of that and divided it by the estimated number of abortions it would prevent, you could calculate exactly what an ‘unborn baby’ is worth to the so-called pro-life crowd. I’m guessing it is a lot lower than they would care to admit.

They care when other side can not speak for themselves. When they can they will deny their existence.

    3. And then there’s the woman during the recent SNAP benefits disruption that called a number of churches posing as a single mother with a newborn child needing help with baby formula.

      >The Results: Out of over 40 churches contacted, she reported that only 9 to 10 offered to immediately help.

      >Reactions: Many churches refused to help, citing that she was not a member, that they did not have resources, or by directing her to governmental agencies. Some, however, were very willing to help.

      SEE HOW CHRISTIAN THEY ARE?

Their wallets? Last I checked, they are spending taxpayer money. While they pay taxes themselves, it pales in comparison to the checks they write in our name.

    5. Pretty sure the child tax credit is based on tax returns. Child needs a ssn to be declared a dependent. No feasible mechanism to provide a credit to an unborn child.
