My grandfather’s picture that my grandmother kept on her desk at work during WW2.

My grandfather would of been 102 years old this year. He was a mechanic in the army air corps. My grandmother worked in a secretarial pool and kept this on her desk. She said she had many compliments and people saying she was marrying a movie star when they noticed the picture. I think it’s a pretty cool picture especially with the inscription. He ended up spending the war in Miami Beach working on planes the entire war. My other grandfather was doing bombing runs over Germany. I think this grandfather definitely had it easier but he was a master mechanic and I’m sure useful in Miami Beach. He was first generation American btw and loved his country.
