When Napoleon sees bromance with the Tsar to a other level.
The 19th century was wild.
It was probably meant more as an insult to Alexander than Napoleon finding him attractive, like saying ”he’s my bitch”.

Maybe he just really wanted that Tsarussy. After Catherine the Great it probably was legendary all over Europe’s courts.
