Realistically, nothing at all. I’d say collateral damage, but the characters from DxD can just use magic to repair that. They don’t need devil fruits because they actually ARE devils/angels/something else and I’m not sure how interested Rias would be in the void century. The plot of DxD is quite isolated, with most events happening in the underworld or an artificially created bubble of space-time.
I doubt that Rias would even have a bounty, let alone one that large.
