Trump did pretty good with the Latino vote for a republican, not to treat them as a monolith here. My point is that they are gerrymandering the districts out of existence even after they voted for Trump.

From Europe, I always wonder how it’s even possible to interfere so drastically with the democratic rights of voters. Congressional districts must be drawn rationally comprehensible by a non-partisan body; anything else is completely ridiculous.
