Years ago I had this awsome little miniature poodle.
One day little dude just dissappears tears the whole family up.
3 months later im at Walmart late at night back when it was 24 hours and I see a little doggo come running around the parking lot.
It was my dog poor guy was scared shitless but he once he recognized me he got right in the car.
Crazy things happen and I never question it.

From my read of the video his body language seems to indicate to me that he was asking them if the Dog had an owner and it seemed to me he wasn’t sure that the dog was his (likely because the dog was lost when it was younger). IDK why people are assuming the worst case scenario from a 39 second clip, granted i might be wrong, and I also don’t know Thai, but that is the vibes I got
