      Just fyi if you’re in the US owning that may be illegal. So I wouldn’t post too much online about it.

    2. The feather appears to have been prepped to be built into something guys. It’s got the sinew wrapping.

      An owl took a swoop at mine one night as a kid just after i had watched jeepers creepers🙃

    5. To all the commenters talking about this being a crime;

      Take one look at OP’s post history. They are native american. Thus, apparently, this is not illegal for them.

      I live about 300 ft from a 25 year marked (so longer) eagle nest. I was recently thinking about how we don’t really have stray kittens in large numbers….

    7. Holy moly! I wonder how big the claw is next to your pup, probably small enough to snatch!

      We have bald eagles nesting around the lake that is a stones throw from my house. Those birds are 4-5 feet tall with a wingspan of 12 plus feet. They can easily pick up a small or mid size animal.

      Got a question for ye! Whats heavier: a kilogram of chihuahuas, or a kilogram of bald eagle feathers?

      That doesn’t look like an eagle feather.  More goose-like than eagle wing feather.

      And I’m sure the Chihuahua would say, “Bring it on! I can take ’em! Let me at’ em!”

      Are you indigenous? Only indigenous people or people with permits are allowed to won bald eagle feathers, or really, any native bird.
