What’s bizarre about people having lives before we knew them and older people being younger before?
Not sure why seeing your parent as a baby is so bizarre. But still, nice photo.

You know people had full rich lives before they became parents.
I have similar photos of my mother and her parents and it really is a strange feeling looking at them!
