They style is very characteristic of 70's retrofuturism . Hard to nail down the artist but it's likely one of these guys – Jamie Good , Chris Foss or Robert McCall .

I had a model kit of this. I loved it. I painted the nose/cockpit section yellow because I was a kid.
Still one of the most convincing SF spacecraft designs, despite its impracticality in several respects. I have a stack of these made by such companies as Dinky, 1612, etc.
