I have one like that growing in my eyebrow. When it gets long enough to notice I either plug it of cut it. It’s just this one hair that grows like the hair on the top of my head instead of like an eyebrow hair. Glad I’m not the only one

I get one of these rogue bastards in the EXACT center of my forehead. It doesn’t follow any kind of normal growth pattern at all. No warning, no ingrown, just overnight and BOOM! 3-4 inch hair hanging from my forehead to juuuust low enough to make my eyes cross 😂

I get a long hair like this that grows randomly between my eyebrows. As in, it’ll grow, I notice it, I pluck it, and it may or may not grow for a few months.

I get one on my temple. Hair doesn’t even grow there, normally. When I turned 40, I started getting one hair that goes from not there to a couple inches long right by my eye seemingly overnight. I pluck it out and don’t see it for another year when it reappears at full length again. I’ve never once seen a shorter hair in that area.

OP, it’s a hair. The fact you called it a “fiber” makes me worry that you have OCD – IT IS A HAIR, it is part of you, it’s not a “fiber,” and allowing yourself to think it’s a “fiber” is a recipe for madness.

Every once in awhile i’ll see a weird shiny spot in my vision that moves with me. And then i find the random long eyebrow or eyelash hair that got extra long and is catching the light.
