If you want your post to be viewed a lot then you need to chwck best upload hours. Posts can live and die by their post time. As well as how interesting they are at a glance.
I noticed best time to post for me is 17-18 cet, i think its because a bunch of americans wake up then and are browsing reddit before work/school. You get upvoted a lot in quick succession and it stays in Hot for longer.
Of course if you post something people dont care about then the best time to post that was never. Because it wont get people to comment or upvote. Even posting rsgebait would be more efficient.
