Sildenafil is also used for pulmonary arterial hypertension. I’m a pharmacy tech and I remember we used to have a lady that had to take this when it was a brand only drug and her insurance, of course, refused to pay for it. She had to spend around $600 a month for it alone or she was pretty much shit out of luck.
