Avoided the additional charges of causing a hullabaloo and tomfoolery.
Good old Fitzy.
You missed the best detail: the first time was for a bet, but the second time was because somebody didn’t believe the story of the first time. Fitzpatrick presumably said, “Hold on, watch this”, walked straight of the bar, and repeated his stunt to prove he wasn’t lying
I’ll take “things you could only do till the early 50s” for 1000
Doesn’t ‘wrongdoing’ cover just about anything? “He was charged with crime.”
(It’s the secret ingredient).
