    1. Americans will use literally anything except the Metric system to explain why they’re mad.

Yeah but you only need to move little egg cars along cramped medieval streets and we need to convince small buildings to hurtle down the highways on our Luxembourg-length commutes.

Thank you for putting this out lmao

Always pisses me off when Americans complain. Im literally paying double what they do and they think their gas is expensive? Sheesh

Americans complaining about gas prices is like complaining about the smell after shitting the bed

It’s your mess, you have to deal with the consequences

    5. Literally my cousin from the USA. Comes to visit, sees the pump charged $70 to fill up a sedan, then I say gas expensive and she says it’s only $1.5, we’re paying $4.5.

There is no logic in their thought process.

Why the hell are these people doing wars with gulf , if even they themselves cant get cheap oil.

And if we see their govt then they are too in lots of debt from their own govt.

    7. Are you throwing him out because he used imperial, because he sucks at math, or because his gas is cheaper? Or all 3?

Hong Kong: I see you guys have finally reached our 2020 fuel price (its way more expensive now)

People driving over an hour to work is suuuuper common though. Americans probably drive 5-6x more than the rest of the world.

Look, most of us have done everything short of violent overthrow of our govt, and you’ve seen what our govt does to people they don’t like.

    11. Americans would only use Metric system in school, while picking the right ammo for their guns

    12. Japan, through the power of causing monetary issues in the future I guess, has kept regular fuel down to ~160yen per litre. That’s 1.4aud, 0.86euro, and about on par with America.

The highest I’ve seen it get was a sudden spike to 180yen a few weeks ago and the day before the spike people were lining up to fill up. It went back down to the current price in a week though.

    13. Around €2,52 per liter here at the moment. So that’s around €9 per gallon? Yay for massive taxes on gasoline!

    14. Well don’t you worry, many Americans are doing their best to suffer at least as much from high fuel prices as the average Europoor by deciding to drive some fat, ugly SUVs or pickup trucks with V8s although they never had the need for one ever in their life… Half the price, double the fuel consumption or so…

Americans really need to be banned if they use imperial because to the rest of the world it means nothing. It’s time we start forcing them to use normal measurement units.

I wonder if current oil situation would be used to push moving to electric.

People in wars america starts or joins suffer deaths and destruction to their history and country and lose millions with civilians and soldiers.
While Americans thousands of miles away from these wars are crying when 3 or 4 soldiers are killed and complain about gas prices, makes me wish they would experience what most of us did

Americans should pay a lot more for fucking over the entire world… Again…
