    1. While it is good to know these details, the conduct is no surprise. Unfortunately. 🤮

    2. Wow. A Heritage Foundation shill doesn’t report hidden income. Color me shocked…

    3. If you want to know what Trump with brains looks like, behold. Roberts has been a corrupt, anti-American fascist hiding in plain sight while radicalizing the SCOTUS for 20+ years.

    4. Don’t worry they were just “tips” after right? Fucking guy is corrupted to the core.

Why am I no longer surprised with the systemic corruption that permeates American institutions? And this is one of the biggies, yet they are just as bad a grifter as so many in the US. So disappointing.

So sad and disconcerting to watch an empire decline in real time. SCOTUS is part of the problem not the solution presently. In Canada SCOC justices have mandatory retirement at age 75. (Still not early enough for Roberts, unfortunately.)

    7. Everything is filthy and corrupt. The US is just dirty all the way to the top. I served for 5 years, and I have advised my kids to never do it. Why anyone would serve this despicable group of “leaders” spewing g false ideals is beyond me. No family member of mine is going to sacrifice themselves for this bunch of corrupt grifters. The US is lost, and its ideals are a punchline to an unfunny joke.

    8. It would take my entire household longer than this country has existed to make what he accepted in bribes. That is beyond ridiculous. We cannot be free until the wealthy are removed from our government.

    9. Our entire government is too corrupt to be salvaged at this point. From elected representatives, to cabinet members, to judicial appointees, all the way up to SCOTUS judges. The country is completely divided, everyone is unhappy, daily life is miserable and unaffordable, and I’m struggling to find a reason for this republic to remain united. The totality of our problems has reached critical mass. Something has to give.

I’m a scientist at a state university. When I was in grad school, sales reps used to bring us M&M’s in 50 mL tubes, but they had to stop because it was unethical to give gifts to state employees. We’re talking about less than $1 worth of candy! The politicians and Supreme Court justices get away with this shit on a regular basis.

So Robert’s can be impeached and a more Trump friendly judge can be installed? I see

    12. My fantasy….win the midterms with supermajority results, impeach Trump and Vance, then allow Roberts, Alito, and Thomas to resign, and if they decline the offer, impeach them and then prosecute them for corruption.

    13. So, I’d like to see a better source than just a screen shot of a tweet please.

    14. And when the average person does this, what are the outcomes, as well as the wording?

It’s so weird that it seems to always be the conservative justices this keeps happening to. Must be another coincidence.
