It is wild that the person supposed to profit from your downfall was the one who actually stopped it

    2. Your liver is currently filing for divorce. “Breakfast of Champions” or a cry for help?

Man, once I took an ibuprofen gelcap that had succumbed to the heat in my glovebox and oozed out of the gel membrane a little bit. Nastiest taste and mouth feeling I’ve ever experienced. Like eating a battery. The stuff works, but at a cost.

    4. I prefer Alevee as it helps with my Sciatica more.. but the two energy drinks for breakfast is spot on. I do two watermelon Celsius lol

No real improvement in taking a ibuprofen doses above 400mg. On the contrary, there are just downsides.

Your organs didn’t sign up for a surprise boss fight before breakfast .

    7. I had this moment lol. In the condition I was in I had no desire to eat whatsoever. I still kinda don’t have a desire to drink water…

If you do this more than 1/3-1/2 of the month you are basically begging for gastritis. You do not want gastritis. Switch the ibuprofen for paracetamol sometimes.

    9. That’s only half the formula. You’re forgetting the 1,000mg of acetaminophen.

    10. To be fair, the whole point of taking it with food is so that your stomach empties more quickly out of the stomach. While solid food can lead to quicker stomach emptying, large amounts of liquid can do the same thing. The goal is to get the ibuprofen away from the stomach walls faster where it can reduce the lining effectiveness (trying not to say the icky part on how that works out loud).

Further, two red bulls is 204mg which is pretty noticeably under the American Heart Association recommended limit of 300mgs a day.

Please be careful, and if you’re doing 800mg a dose, maybe for chronic pain, be sure you let your doctor know. I hate to kill the mood but I don’t yet see the problem.

Also consider switching to Naproxen as it last longer and puts someone at lower risk with the fewer doses, and bonus it lasts through the night.
