Every time I see a taser deployed I wince in anticipation of the target’s head being cracked open after hitting the road. She was lucky she rotated as she collapsed. Hope her mental health has improved.

Tasers are (depending on legal interpretation) “non-lethal” or just “less-lethal” weapons. They are not harmless!

She was trying to open the door to the vehicle that was occupied and not owned by her. If you were driving that vehicle, you appreciate that the officer used his Taser.
