I had to come back with an observation. Based on the unique finish line marker, a strip of sand to indicate winner, I call the participant in black shirt the winner. It is the first time I ever noticed that used to mark the finish line. Its a great idea because it works better than tape. It doesn’t break off and the sand may splash but it remains. It also creates an individual visible splash for each racer which would not be possible with tape.
