I always thought Haki is a manifestation of fighting spirit in a way. Makes sense Robin wouldn’t have it, since she doesn’t really enjoy fighting. Or even want to. She will do what’s necessary, but getting stronger is not a priority compared to her archeological research
Would make sense why Usopp’s bum ass doesn’t have Haki either
