Indestructible! Then, once the Bell System was broken up, all the cheap stuff pushed out the quality. I worked in the electronics department of Target in the late 90s, so many phones being returned because they crapped out in a month.

Technically you don’t own it. Not all of it anyway. You own the shell, but Ma Bell owns the guts. I think you’re safe, though.
