I’ve never been stopped from voting. Only countless adds about “go vote”, stickers for your shirt so you can display it proudly, government funded add campaigns about voting, etc.
I think voting has just lost its power not only in ratio and effectiveness, but also the cost of of voting (taxation with “representation”) is insane. 60% of your income all said and done. Unfortunately lobbying is where it’s at, an dthat’s the kind of voting you’ve got to be 1/500,000 rich for.
