    1. “DAD for DAD” is a crazy flex. Maybe Luis doesn’t have a dad that stepped up.

Some people are forgetting letting kids be kids.

Once childhood is gone , they are never getting it again

    4. I mean he should’ve minded his business. Stop tellin people what to do with their kids.

He right tho dads be unathletic and 5’9 trying live through they kids thinking they the next big thing.

Sad cuz it makes a lot of kids hate the sport. Outside of a few select “hard workers” a lot of these athletes are freaks. If your son 6’8 or built like a bear they gunna make it with natural support

If we going dad for dad, I lose pretty quick. My dad wouldn’t even go to the welfare office to do some paperwork to get extra money when my mom sent me to live with him

    7. another great example of being wrong but being funny so you ‘win.’ life’s funny.

The one poster trying to change the subject after calling the other dudes father a deadbeat:

Serious athletic training even before you hit puberty is crazy work. Like what happens if you go that hard and you don’t go pro? Now you 18 with 10+ years of wear and tear on your body, broken dreams, and limited prospects otherwise

unless your parents got you on that “my child is going to excel at 6 different very intense disciplines” type shit. Some kids might be built for it and thrive; most, at least the ones that I’ve known, tend to burn out and suffer long-term emotional damage from that lifestyle. Your baby is not supposed to be a star athlete AND virtuoso on the piano AND debate team captain AND editor of the school newspaper AND a serious ballet dancer AND still be a socially, psychologically, physically healthy individual.

Let the kids be kids, man.

To be fair as a kid, I truly believed my Dad was superman & could be beat up other Dads. Like if my honor needed defending, he got me! Then I grew up lol

The dude with the dad won the dad competition, but the orphan is still right, discipline starting at a young age can steer the balance of life to your favor.

His Dad’s so powerful the other dude was wooed, but he isn’t accepting the white flag.

    13. This man said go “dad for dad” Proceeds to flex having his dad in his life. While the other one has to divert attention to something else most likely signaling his dad was not present
