    1. Let’s not forget they were great friends at first which russian textbooks don’t mention.

      Yeah.

Problem is: you can’t explain complicated things in school with amount of hours you get.

In Russia it was 1 or 2 weekly. For last 2 years in school. And you have to put everything inside: From Rome to USSR.

Ofcource they have to simplify to the level that form wrong understanding of things.

New narrative, however, is ridiculous to the point: Tsars in 19th centuries did nothing wrong and were the best. Somehow 2 revolutions occured.

Or Crimian war was Russia against the world. Not manifestations of Nicolas 1 redundant and backwards policies. And logical outcome of his outrageous international and internal policies

My favorite thing to happen in modern times was an official german institute owning Russia on twitter by posting the joint invasion plans of Germany and the USSR on Poland in a quote tweet of Russian officials saying the USSR never invaded Poland and saved them

I’ve seen the full comic. The whole thing is over the top and crazy, and most importantly fun to see.

Can confirm, this actually happened. Everyone saw it happen, actually it happened twice. Once in Moscow and then again in Berlin

I mean to be fair people forget that Russia did the main push and contributed the most to defeating fascism in Europe. Russia won that war too.
